Beneficiary deeds are one of the highest-leverage tools in Missouri estate planning and one of the most chronically botched. Benedeed is my attempt to fix that at scale.
It's a guided, DIY template builder — no attorney in the loop. You walk through an intake designed to catch the things people get wrong (wrong vesting language, the wrong flavor of co-ownership, missing or mangled legal description, names that don't match title), and at the end it produces a completed, correctly formatted deed. You print it, sign it in front of a notary, and record it at the county recorder's office yourself.
The premise: most beneficiary deeds don't need a lawyer. They need someone who's actually read the statute and can keep you from making the four or five classic mistakes. Benedeed is that, in software, for the price of a tank of gas instead of an attorney bill.
